Sandra’s love story with the macaroon began way back in the famous Cordon Bleu in Paris, where she specialized as a Patiserie chef at the Fauchon pastry shop, headed by Chef Pierre Herme. It was there that Sandra discovered her true love and calling: creating macaroons. Since then thousands of round, crumbly, delicious macaroons have rolled under her expert hands, and the rest, as they say, is sweet history…
